Install the app
Install MerchFox from the Shopify App Store, or enter your myshopify.com address in the Seller Portal, and approve access on Shopify’s own page.
Link your products
Match the products in your store to MerchFox products, so every order knows exactly what to print.
Orders flow in
New orders sync to MerchFox within about a minute and can be sent straight to production. Cancellations stay in sync.
Ship and track
When the order ships, MerchFox creates the fulfillment in Shopify with the carrier and tracking number, and your customer is notified.

What you need on Shopify
- An active Shopify store.
- Store owner or staff permission to install apps.
- Products in your store for the designs you want MerchFox to fulfill.
- Shipping rates that cover production time plus transit for made-to-order items.
Security & data access
Access you approve, limited to what we need
MerchFox requests only the Shopify access scopes needed to fulfill your orders.
- OAuth authorization on Shopify’s own page — your Shopify password is never shared with MerchFox.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest, stored only on our servers, and used only for your store.
- Uninstall at any time — tokens are cleared immediately, and your store data is deleted when Shopify requests it.

Shopify integration questions
How do I connect my Shopify store?
Install MerchFox: Print On Demand from the Shopify App Store, or enter your myshopify.com address in the MerchFox Seller Portal and click Authorize with Shopify. Either way you approve access on Shopify’s own page.
What Shopify data can MerchFox access?
Only what fulfillment needs: your orders, the fulfillment orders and fulfillments used to ship them, and product images for order items. MerchFox does not store your customers’ email addresses.
Does MerchFox create or change products in my store?
No. You keep full control of your products. You link existing products to MerchFox products so orders are fulfilled correctly.
Are my customers notified when an order ships?
Yes. MerchFox creates the fulfillment in Shopify with the carrier and tracking number, and Shopify sends your customer the shipping notification.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
MerchFox clears its access tokens straight away and stops syncing. When Shopify asks for your store data to be deleted, MerchFox deletes your store’s orders and records.
How much does it cost?
The app is free to install, with unlimited order sync. You pay MerchFox only for production — the product base cost plus shipping for each order fulfilled. Charges are in USD.
