Orders flow in
New Walmart orders are imported and acknowledged automatically, then routed to the right print provider for production.
Ship and track
MerchFox can buy a Ship with Walmart label for the order. When it ships, the carrier and tracking number are sent to Walmart so your customer is notified.

What you need on Walmart
- An active Walmart Marketplace seller account in good standing.
- Approval from Walmart to sell customized products in the categories you plan to list.
- GTINs (UPC) for your items, or a GTIN exemption approved by Walmart.
- Shipping settings that cover production time plus transit for made-to-order items.

Walmart integration questions
How does MerchFox connect to my Walmart store?
MerchFox uses Walmart’s OAuth 2.0 authorization. You start the connection from the Walmart Seller Center App Store, sign in to Walmart, and approve the requested access. MerchFox never sees your Walmart password.
What Walmart data can MerchFox access?
Only what the integration needs: items, inventory, pricing, orders, and shipping labels. MerchFox does not request access to your payments, payouts, advertising, or returns data.
Can I disconnect MerchFox?
Yes. You can revoke MerchFox’s access at any time from Walmart Seller Center. Once access is revoked, MerchFox can no longer read or update anything in your Walmart store.
Does Walmart allow print-on-demand products?
Yes, but customized products are a restricted category on Walmart Marketplace. You need Walmart’s approval to list them, and every design must follow Walmart’s content and intellectual property policies.
How much does the Walmart integration cost?
Connecting Walmart is free. On the Seller plan there is no monthly fee — you pay the product base cost plus shipping for each order MerchFox fulfills. The optional Priority plan lowers base costs.
Who pays for Ship with Walmart labels?
Ship with Walmart labels are billed by Walmart and deducted from your Walmart payout as a shipping label service charge. MerchFox does not charge you shipping again for orders that use a Walmart label.
Who handles customer service and returns?
You remain the seller of record on Walmart and handle customer communication. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, MerchFox reprints or refunds it under our quality policy.
