MerchFox requests only the TikTok Shop access needed to publish products and fulfill orders.
- Authorization on TikTok Shop’s own page — your TikTok password is never shared with MerchFox.
- Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, stored only on our servers, and used only for your shop.

TikTok Shop integration questions
How does MerchFox connect to my TikTok Shop?
You start the connection from the MerchFox Seller Portal, sign in to TikTok Shop, and approve access on TikTok Shop’s authorization page. MerchFox never sees your TikTok password.
Can I review products before they go live?
Yes. You can publish products as drafts, review them in TikTok Shop Seller Center, and make them live when you are ready.
How does shipping work?
For orders you ship yourself, MerchFox posts the carrier and tracking number back to TikTok Shop. For orders that must ship with a TikTok Shop label, MerchFox uses that label so the order is handled the way TikTok Shop requires.
Can I disconnect MerchFox?
Yes. Disconnect your shop from the Seller Portal at any time and MerchFox deletes the stored TikTok Shop tokens, so it can no longer read or update anything in your shop.
How much does the TikTok Shop integration cost?
Connecting TikTok Shop is free. On the Seller plan there is no monthly fee — you pay the product base cost plus shipping for each order MerchFox fulfills. TikTok Shop’s own fees are charged by TikTok Shop as usual.
Who handles customer service and returns?
You remain the seller on TikTok Shop and handle buyer communication. If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, MerchFox reprints or refunds it under our quality policy.
