Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no trial period. The Seller plan is free with no monthly fee, so you can start selling first and upgrade to Priority whenever it makes sense.
How do I upgrade to Priority or renew it?
Log in to your MerchFox account and open your Plan page. Then use the button for your situation: Upgrade to PRIORITY, Add payment method, or Resume subscription.
I have a MerchFox plan code. Where do I use it?
While you are on the Seller plan, open your Plan page, enter the code under Plan coupon, and click Verify code. Free-period codes activate Priority right away with no card; discount codes apply at Stripe Checkout.
What happens if I cancel Priority?
Priority stays active until the end of your current billing period. Until then you can resume it from your Plan page. After that date your account returns to the Seller plan.
What happens when a free Priority period from a plan code ends?
Add a payment method on your Plan page before the date shown there to keep Priority at $29.99/month. Without one, your account returns to the Seller plan on that date. We email you a reminder 7 days before it ends.
Who can manage the plan?
Only the account owner. Team members cannot view or change the plan, so ask the owner if you need a change.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Every item is printed on demand, so you can sell one at a time.
