What you need on WooCommerce
- A WooCommerce store served over HTTPS.
- The WooCommerce REST API reachable at your store URL.
- An administrator account on the store to approve the connection.
- Products in your store for the designs you want MerchFox to fulfill.
Security & data access
Access you approve, limited to what we need
You approve access on your own store. MerchFox uses it only to sync orders and fulfillment.
- You approve the connection on your own store’s WooCommerce authorization screen.
- API keys are encrypted at rest, stored only on our servers, and used only for your store.
- Order notifications from your store are signed and verified before MerchFox accepts them.
- Disconnect at any time from the Seller Portal — MerchFox deletes its copy of the API key and removes the notifications it registered on your store.

WooCommerce integration questions
How does MerchFox connect to my WooCommerce store?
You enter your store URL in the MerchFox Seller Portal and approve the connection on your store’s own WooCommerce authorization screen. WooCommerce then creates an API key for MerchFox — there is nothing to copy or paste.
How are orders imported?
Your store notifies MerchFox as soon as an order is created or updated, and MerchFox also checks every hour so no order is missed. On first connect, the last 30 days of orders are imported.
How is tracking sent back to my store?
When an order ships, MerchFox adds the carrier and tracking number to the order. If your store uses a supported shipment-tracking plugin, tracking is added there; otherwise it is added as a private order note. You can turn automatic tracking sync off per store.
Does MerchFox create products in my store?
No. You keep full control of your product pages. You link existing products and variations to MerchFox products so orders are fulfilled correctly.
Can I disconnect MerchFox?
Yes. Disconnect your store from the Seller Portal at any time: MerchFox deletes its copy of the API key and removes the order notifications it registered. WooCommerce does not let apps delete keys themselves, so also delete the MerchFox key in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API — the Seller Portal shows which key when you disconnect.
How much does the WooCommerce integration cost?
Connecting WooCommerce is free. On the Seller plan there is no monthly fee — you pay the product base cost plus shipping for each order MerchFox fulfills.
