1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules governing the use of the MerchFox platform, API integrations, and fulfillment network. Compliance is mandatory for all registered merchants.
2. Prohibited Content
Merchants are prohibited from uploading, generating mockups, or submitting orders containing artwork that includes:
Illegal & Harmful Content: Promotion of illegal acts, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or child exploitation/abuse.
Hate Speech & Defamation: Content promoting discrimination, harassment, or hatred against protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
Explicit Content: Unlawful obscenity, explicit pornography, or non-consensual sexual imagery.
Fraud & Counterfeit: Counterfeit logos, fake government seals, or deceptive branding.
3. System Abuse & Technical Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Attempt to bypass API rate limits, overload server infrastructure, or scrape platform data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy MerchFox software code, design editors, or mockup systems.
Engage in fraudulent chargebacks, credit card fraud, or deceptive payment deposits.
4. Enforcement & Account Termination
MerchFox reserves the right to review artwork orders, refuse fulfillment, suspend accounts, and freeze remaining Wallet balances for any user found violating this policy.
