1. MerchFox Wallet System
MerchFox operates on a pre-funded Wallet system to automate order fulfillment. When an order syncs from your store, the production and shipping costs are deducted directly from your MerchFox Wallet balance.
2. Deposits & Payment Processing
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, and Direct Wire Transfer.
Non-Refundable Balance: Deposits made into your MerchFox Wallet are non-refundable cash credits dedicated solely to fulfilling future orders and paying platform fees.
Account Termination Refunds: In the event of voluntary account closure, any remaining unspent Wallet funds (excluding promotional bonus credits) will be refunded to the original payment method upon written request to [email protected], subject to a standard administrative processing fee.
3. Currency Conversion & Exchange Rates
All prices, order bills, and wallet balances are maintained in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you deposit funds using a non-USD bank account or card, your financial provider will apply conversion rates and potential foreign transaction fees.
4. Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
If a payment deposit is disputed or charged back through your bank or payment provider, MerchFox will immediately suspend order processing and lock your account until the chargeback dispute is resolved or repaid.
