MerchFox Global Co., LTD strictly respects the intellectual property (IP) rights of creators, brands, and trademark holders. We operate as a passive print-on-demand service provider and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for intentional copyright or trademark infringement.
2. Merchant Content Warranties
By uploading artwork or placing orders on MerchFox, you warrant and represent that:
You own all copyrights, trademarks, and rights to the design, or hold explicit licensing authorization from the legal copyright holder.
Your artwork does not violate third-party trademarks, celebrity publicity rights, or proprietary brand identities (e.g., Disney, Nike, sports leagues, luxury brands).
3. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright/trademark owner and believe content fulfilled via MerchFox infringes upon your legal rights, please submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to [email protected] containing:
Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to be infringed.
Direct URLs or listing IDs of the infringing material on our platform/fulfillment queue.
Your full name, company name, address, phone number, and official email address.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the contested use is unauthorized.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, MerchFox will remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24–48 hours and notify the affected merchant.
