1. Fulfillment Workflow & Lead Times
Order fulfillment at MerchFox Global Co., LTD consists of two phases: Production Time and Shipping Time.
Production Time (Print & Package): Standard fulfillment takes 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping seasons (Q4 / November–December), production times may extend to 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Time (Carrier Transit): Transit duration depends on the destination and shipping service selected.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
United States (Domestic): 3–7 business days (Standard) / 2–4 business days (Express).
European Union & United Kingdom: 4–9 business days.
Canada & Australia: 5–10 business days.
Rest of the World: 8–20 business days (subject to local postal customs clearance).
3. Tracking & Order Sync
Once an order is printed and handed over to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, etc.), a tracking number is generated automatically.
Tracking details are synced in real time to your connected stores (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay) via API within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Merchants or end-buyers are responsible for paying any customs charges incurred upon arrival.
