2D US (T-shirts, Ornaments): Operating as normal
US 2 – Non-Apparel Products: Closed
Vietnam Production Lines
3D Vietnam: Closed
Embroidery Vietnam: Closed
Shipping Carrier
USPS: Closed on January 1
MerchFox Support Team Availability
While some production lines and shipping services will pause operations, the MerchFox Support Team will continue working as usual throughout the holiday period to assist sellers with:
Order tracking and status updates
Line selection recommendations
Fulfillment planning and optimization

To ensure the best possible buyer experience during the New Year holiday, please keep the following in mind:
Orders placed close to the holiday may experience processing or shipping delays on production lines that are temporarily closed.
We highly recommend pushing orders earlier to avoid fulfillment interruptions.
Choosing the right production line in advance can significantly improve delivery timelines during peak seasons.
