How to Upgrade to MerchFox PRO
Follow these steps to upgrade your account to the PRO Plan and unlock all premium features:
Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Settings
Log in to your MerchFox Dashboard.
Click My Account at the bottom of the left sidebar navigation menu.
Select the Plan tab located along the top account navigation bar.
Step 2: Apply a Promotional Code (Optional)
If you have a promotional discount or launch coupon code:
Locate the Plan coupon (optional) card on the page.
Enter your coupon code into the text box (e.g.,
LAUNCH-2026).Click Verify code. Valid discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.
Step 3: Proceed to Checkout
Click either the Upgrade to PRO — $29.99/mo button at the top right of your current plan banner, OR the orange Get PRO now button at the bottom of the page.
You will be redirected to our secure Stripe Checkout page.
Review your plan details, enter your payment information, and confirm your subscription.
Once completed, your account will be upgraded instantly, unlocking all PRO features in your dashboard.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my PRO subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from the My Account > Plan settings. You will retain PRO feature access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Where do I apply discount coupons?
Coupons can be applied directly on the Plan settings tab prior to clicking checkout, or entered on the Stripe payment page.
Will my existing products be affected if I downgrade back to FREE?
No, your existing products will remain safe. However, publishing restrictions for new products will apply based on the FREE plan limit (up to 5 active products).
